Your body is 75% water. Your brain is 85% Your blood is 80% and your muscles are 70%. Your body needs water to survive. So, we drink water, tea, soda, coffee, etc. Mostly carbonated. You couldn't live over three days without water, and couldn't live over three weeks without food. Water is the easiest survival guide you'll ever encounter.

Just Drink.
