4,000 children die a day from filthy, diseased, contaminated water. 4 out of 10 people, particularly those in Asia and Africa, don't have clean water to drink. Every year, more than 3.4 million people die, children the most, by diseased water or living in an unsafe drinking water environment. This makes it the leading cause of disease and death all around the world. A public report on JournalHealth says that dirty drinking water and lack of healthy water kill more than war, terrorism, and weapons of mass destruction combined.
When you drink water like this all your life, you don't turn out looking too healthy.
