Dehydration

Dehydration is something we like to avoid by drinking plenty of water and keeping a steady pace of doing so. One common cause of dehydration is gastrointestinal illness. This means that when you get a stomach bug, you lose fluid by vomiting and diarrhea. Also, you can become dehydrated by playing a sport. So you need to drink water or some sort of liquid to keep going healthy while playing. But dehydration rarely leads toward death. Usually in a desert. Some athletes, such as wrestlers or bodybuilders, actually purposely dehydrate themselves to get heavier, supposedly increasing their strength. But in reality, it just makes them weaker. Water=strength.
The most common seen sign of dehydration is thirst. And by the time that you're thirsty. That is like a first degree burn... but a first degree thirst. Other signs include: Feeling dizzy and lightheaded, having a dry or sticky mouth, or have darker or less pee.
And while dehydration is in the process, other organs are been sucked of their water supply. So it's just better to drink on a regular bases, 8 glasses a day.
